The next-gen TC500 2.X controller comes with integrated wheelie control hardware, enabling advanced stability management for perfect wheelies and improved ride dynamics (available via app update in summer 2026*), while automotive-grade throttle and overcurrent protection ensure performance. Next-gen components keep it robust and reliable ride after ride.
Feel a 30% increase in power and torque with the Torp TC500 controller on your Talaria MX5. Up to 17 kW peak power with the stock battery, or up to 20 kW with a 72V aftermarket battery and stock motor.
Installation is simple, and performance tuning is even simpler with the Torp app. All original Talaria functions remain: display, kickstand sensor, fall sensor, power mode button, and brake switch. Only the ignition button is non-functional.
Important: The TC500 controller kit for Talaria MX5 comes with a Torp thumb throttle! Special installation instructions must be followed.
*Wheelie control function requires a Torp color display or a small Torp display.

*Although "Torp" controllers are IP67 rated and extremely water-resistant, neither the controller nor the motorcycle's wiring harness is waterproof. If the motorcycle comes into contact with water in any way, it is essential to use dielectric grease on all connections. The warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from the use of motor controllers in activities where frequent or prolonged immersion in water is expected, such as riding through streams, rivers, or flooded areas. Over time, seals and components may wear out, reducing the product's water resistance. Damage due to natural wear and tear is not covered by the 2-year warranty.
